At Vedaplus, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. As our products fall under Ayurveda & Nutraceutical categories, we follow strict quality and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of health, wellness, Ayurvedic, and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

However, a return or replacement may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product was expired at the time of delivery

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof such as unboxing video or clear photos is required

Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund will be completed within 5–7 business days

⚠️ No refunds will be issued for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
